After several negative comments, I choose to continue. I’m not a professional writer or a chef. This change in the blog is to help people with ideas when it comes to meal plans during inflation. Many folks are on a budget for a variety of reasons. The reason doesn’t matter. If you saw my last post, I gave a meal plan. I shopped for it today. It was a little bit tweaked due to the hurricane and what was at the store. No, it’s not Keto. No, it’s not vegan… to be honest about it though… u can use it as a base model for any diet you choose. That is that. Tonight was the first night of cooking it.

This is my receipt. The hurricane wiped out most stores. I had to improvise, as everyone else has done. I spent 11.06 more than planned.
Tonight we had chicken stir fry. You can see the basic recipe on the previous blog post. Essentially it was just 3 Chicken Thighs diced, a diced onion, and a bag of frozen mixed vegetables that I got from the ALDIs down the street. I also made a cup of uncooked rice. I used seasoning I already had. That was dinner 1 of 7. It’s not fancy, but if you know me well you already know I’m not fancy.
Tasted good, got the job done. Again this is for money savers and people affected by inflation. It’s basic meal ideas.
